SUATEC Automation GmbH was founded in 2024, but is based on a solid foundation: the entire team has been working together successfully for many years and has extensive experience in the fields of electrical design, functional safety, automation, project management, service and assembly. The company is based in Kölln-Reisiek near Elmshorn.
Consulting: We engineer and implement automation projects, draw up complete specifications and tenders, support tender evaluations and award processes as well as the planning of conversion and modernization measures.
Engineering: Our expertise includes the design of complex switchgear (with E-Plan P8 and COMOS), the digitalization of existing electrical documentation, the implementation of electrotechnical retrofit projects and the programming and project planning of Simatic S7 and fail-safe control systems.
Project management: We manage complex automation projects, provide site management and supervision, set and implement project goals, draw up resource and time schedules and coordinate the various trades. Our project controlling ensures the success of your projects.
Assembly: Our team specializes in the installation of switchgear, the assembly of cable routes, the cabling of systems as well as pneumatic piping and tubing, including retrofit assembly.
Maintenance/service: We offer comprehensive support, maintenance and servicing of E/I&C systems, from field devices to switchgear. Our service also includes support for control and process control systems, tests such as generator protection tests and training for your personnel.
